We accept all major debit/credit cards, cash and gift vouchers. We are unable to accept personal cheques. Your therapist will receive their full tip regardless of the payment method.
Your entire satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with the treatment or service provided, please tell us before you pay or as soon as possible on leaving the salon. Our treatments and services are non-refundable. A copy of our complaint procedure will be provided to you if the issue cannot be resolved immediately.
Shellac is guaranteed for 5 days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you notice any chips or lifting in the first five days, please call to reschedule a mutually convenient free repair. Breakages and repairs after five days are charged per nail. Regular and Vinylux polish services are not guaranteed.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be purchased in conjunction with any discount or special offer, unless otherwise stated.
Loyalty cards are for the named client only and cannot be shared or passed to a third party. One stamp is given per paying visit on treatments. When you have collected 10 stamps the card is then worth £10 off any full price treatment on your 11th visit. Lost cards will be held as void and a new card will be issued but previous stamps cannot be backdated. Management reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the loyalty scheme without prior notice. No cash value.
Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Identification is to be presented each time a discount request is made and the discount will only apply to the treatments undertaken by the person named on the identification regardless to who provides the payment. Accepted identification includes a university card, college card, NUS card, NHS staff identity card or NHS provided payslip.
The minimum age for treatments is 16 years old. Treatments on anyone under 16 is at the managers discretion and they must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
Children should only be in the salon if they are receiving a treatment and must be supervised at all times. If you must bring your child with you, children must be seated in the waiting area at all times.
Prior to receiving your treatment, please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions including pregnancy, diabetes, injuries, allergies or disabilities. This will help customise your service to ensure the highest satisfaction and benefits.
We are a busy and fast-paced salon, scheduled appointments have a 5 minute grace period to allow for traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than five minutes, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you are more that five minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Appointments can be cancelled up to 12 hours in advance by telephoning the salon, via email or any of our social media platforms. Please give us as much notice as possible for that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, however please be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice we will request a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.
